The Monroe Avenue incubator opened in April 2009. It is the only incubator space in Michigan exclusively tailored to the medical device sector through advanced design and prototyping capabilities.

Features:

  • 6,500 square feet of state-of-the-art laboratory space, available in sub-divided labs ranging from 300 to 1,500 square feet
  • Standard amenities and options for customization
  • Access to analytical instrumentation and engineering tools
  • Access to the shared space amenities and tools located in the Michigan Street  incubator
